At img2txt.app, we are committed to ensuring complete user satisfaction with our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription plan changes and refunds.

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription purchases are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Pro membership benefits must not have been used more than 10 times
  • The refund amount will be prorated based on the membership start date / total subscription period
  • A processing fee (approximately 5%), charged by payment providers such as Stripe, will be deducted from the refund amount

2. Subscription Renewal Refunds

We understand that users may sometimes forget to cancel before automatic renewal. For such cases, we offer full refunds under the following conditions:

  • The subscription has been automatically renewed
  • No usage during the renewed billing cycle
  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the automatic renewal
  • Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount
  • The subscription will be immediately canceled upon refund processing

3. Subscription Plan Changes

If you accidentally purchased an annual plan instead of a monthly plan, we offer the following solution:

  • We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan
  • One month's subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Processing fees
  • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window
  • Memberships where benefits have been used more than 10 times
  • Subscription renewals where benefits have been used more than 10 times during the billing cycle

5. Refund Process

To request an eligible refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Actual arrival time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
